I'm trying to lose some weight.
So I searched online and i found that  by drinking only water, do cardio 30 minutes per day, i will lose like 5 pounds of weight in a week. actually I have to do some other exercise too and go on certain diet which i  didnt bother to follow.
I think i lost weight for all the exercise i did for the past week today. so i got lazy and skipped my exercise but the weighing machine is telling im still the same =.=

Hello again

I woke up at 10.32a.m today, but I'm so sleepy i wanna sleep more.
knowing it's already 10 so I decided not to and went down to have breakfast.
But then I couldnt resist and i went back to sleep at 12.30 and slept til 2.45pm.
Today is a very sleepy day.
